Ajay Hossanny

BSc (Hons) Economics and Finance from the University of Mauritius, ACCA certificate (course in progress)

Ajay has been in the financial sector for 13 years now and has in depth knowledge in fund administration of various structures, company secretarial and accounting.

Previously Ajay has worked at NinetyEast Corporate (Mauritius) Ltd where he was responsible for the day-to-day running of a portfolio for companies located in different jurisdictions and gained extensive knowledge on company administration. Also, he worked as Business analyst at Swiss company Asset4 (redeemed by Thomson Reuters Corp. later) and was involved there in analyzing the performance of international companies based on additional financial indicators with respect to sustainability and governance. Since 2015 Ajay is fund administrator at BAO Asset Managers Ltd which includes NAV calculation for fund structures and preparation of financial statements for the regulators. His main areas of exposure involve investment in Indian equities and derivative products, fund accounting, and follow up on world market news and regulatory updates.
